Arrival Notification

At Cleanited Inc, we make your experience seamless. If you opt for notifications, you'll receive a text 30-60 minutes before your technician arrives. While we can’t provide exact arrival times, we optimize our routes daily to reduce drive time and keep costs low. There's no need for you to be home during service; we only ask for easy access to the yard and that any aggresive dogs be kept inside.

Safety Measures

After cleaning, your technician will secure your gate and upload a photo to ensure your pets stay safe. Additionally, all equipment will be disinfected with an organic, kennel-grade solution to prevent the spread of illness.

Yard Cleaning

Your Cleanited technician will thoroughly clean up all pet waste in your yard. Our team follows a systematic route to ensure nothing is missed and will walk your yard multiple times to leave it spotless.

Pet Waste Removal

Cleanited provides a secure client portal for easy payment processing. Once you’ve spoken with a Cleanited representative, our team will create your portal account and email you your login details. Setting up takes less than two minutes. In your portal, you can view all paid invoices, records of past and upcoming services, and securely link your credit or debit card. Once linked, your card will be charged automatically, and receipts will be sent to you after each transaction.

Note:
Your card must be linked before our first visit. If it isn’t, we’ll attempt to contact you and knock on your door. If no contact is made, we’ll reschedule your cleanup for the next available date, which may be a few weeks out depending on demand. Our team is always ready to assist over the phone if you need help connecting your card.

 

In most cases, yes! Our Cleanited team loves animals, and working around dogs is part of why we enjoy what we do. However, if a dog shows aggression or makes it unsafe for us to enter, we may ask you to secure your pet in a safe area before we begin cleaning.

No, you don’t need to be home. We simply ask for accessible gate entry.

 

As a Cleanited client, here are your responsibilities to ensure smooth service:

  • Yard Accessibility: Ensure your yard is easily accessible for our team.

  • Lawn Maintenance: Keep your lawn regularly mowed and free of large amounts of leaves or debris. Autumn can make it difficult to spot waste, so please be mindful that we can only scoop what’s visible.

  • Gate Conditions: Make sure gates are free of snow and ice and unlocked upon our arrival. If you provide gate codes, we’ll securely lock up after service.

  • Dog Safety: Aggressive dogs should be kept indoors on scheduled service days.

  • Service Notification: If you don’t require service, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

The preferred payment method is through the Cleanited client portal, powered by Sweep & Go. You can choose to set up automatic billing or opt for a pay-as-you-go option, making it convenient for you to manage your payments.

Yes. Cleanited bills on the 1st of each month for upcoming services. Payment for any initial or one-time cleanup is due upon completion.

Example:
For weekly services beginning on 3/15, an initial cleanup may be $100, followed by $80 per month for weekly visits. Billing on 3/15 would include both the initial cleanup and remaining services for March. Starting 4/1, regular monthly billing of $80 resumes.

Payment Schedule Example:

  • 3/15: Initial cleanup ($100) + remainder of March cleanups ($40) = $140

  • 4/1, 5/1, 6/1, etc.: Recurring weekly service ($80)

Important: If payment is not received by your first scheduled cleanup of the month, service will be temporarily paused until payment is completed. A small authorization charge ($1.50) may appear during card setup, which is only a test and will not deduct any funds.

 

For efficiency and affordability, Cleanited provides a designated service day rather than a specific time. Our routes run from 7:30 a.m. until dusk, similar to a waste collection service. You’ll receive a text notification approximately 60 minutes before arrival, with early-morning clients receiving 15-30 minutes’ notice to avoid disruptions. Your service day remains consistent week to week, and any changes will be communicated in advance.
