These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our cleaning services, including those offered under our Poo Nanny Service, as well as our websites, BestPooNanny.com and Cleanited.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Cleanited Inc. provides commercial and residential cleaning services, including pet waste removal through our Poo Nanny Service. Our services may include one-time, recurring, or custom cleaning plans tailored to client needs.
3. Service Appointments & Cancellations
- Clients must schedule services in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service charge.
4. Payment & Billing
- Payments must be made in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept credit/debit cards, online payments, and other approved payment methods.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
- Cleanited Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment.
5. Liability & Service Limitations
- While we strive for excellence, Cleanited Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or items left unsecured by the client.
- Clients must inform us of any areas requiring special attention before service.
- Poo Nanny Service is a mascot and marketing tool used to promote our brand and services. It is not a separate legal entity or business operation.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure safe access to the property for our cleaning team.
- Hazardous or unsafe conditions may result in service refusal without a refund.
- Clients are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and sensitive items prior to service.
7. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
- Refunds are provided at our discretion and only when reasonable service concerns are raised.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect and use client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Personal data is used strictly for providing and improving our services and will not be sold or misused.
9. Changes to Terms
- Cleanited Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or website updates. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court in Los Angeles, CA.
